Kevin Fiur's Bio:
Mr. Fiur is a senior executive leader (MBA/JD) with over twenty-five years of diverse corporate and legal experience both domestically and internationally. He is a thoughtful leader, mentor, and experienced lawyer with a history of developing exceptionally successful teams. His background includes serving as the General Counsel, CEO, COO, Senior VP and Board Member of publicly held and private companies at various stages of their growth and development.
Mr. Fiur is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for iFLY Indoor Skydiving. Mr. Fiur joined the company as a consultant in 2014 and in 2015 his role with IFLY was expanded to include legal and business affairs. Prior to that, Mr. Fiur lead software start-up Quantum Interface as its Executive Vice President in charge of business development, sales and licensing of its predictive user interface software development tools.
Mr. Fiur's education includes a BA degree in the Plan II Honors Program from the University of Texas at Austin, a JD (Order of the Coif) from the University of Texas School Of Law, and a MBA (with honors) from the Acton School of Business in Austin, Texas.

Recruited by ICAP's CEO to merge IPKV's employees into ICAP after it acquired an auction platform and was attempting to parlay those relationships into private transactions. Recruited to build and lead a global intellectual property transaction business based in the U.S. Led a geographically dispersed ten-member team in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, and Austin. Overarching goal was to develop new business and build a private transaction platform for valuing, buying and selling patents. Notable contributions include: developed more than 50 buy- and sell-side customers globally, including many in China and Korea; generated $40 million in gross sales in one year (2010 - 2011).

IPKV was a private investment and IP services firm that focused on acquiring intellectual property and monetization strategies/tactics for IP. All members of the firm joined ICAP in 2009 after a public offering was sidelined due to the 2008 crash of the financial markets. The firm evaluated IP, developed monetization strategies, and created novel, complex deal structures for its clients. The team drove and contributed to the development of a global market for IP focused transactions. Initial customers included Alcatel-Lucent, Applied Nanotech, Arbitron, ATI, AT&T, i2Telecom, Intellectual Ventures, LGE, Nokia, Philips, Rambus, and Seagate.
